I ordered a few parts, and while I don’t remember every little detail, I do remember the emails being clear and helpful. The shipping update came through quickly, so I wasn’t left wondering what was happening. Overall, it was a smooth, no-hassle order.

I was trying to find a few parts on alliedelec.com and expected the site to respond a lot faster. The search results were all over the place, the filters kept resetting, and pages were loading slowly for me. I even had items in my cart that didn’t seem to save correctly. The whole experience felt clunky and a bit outdated, so I ended up giving up and ordering from another site.

"Shipping was kind of okay"
I ordered a few parts from alliedelec.com, and the shipping was alright, just not very quick. It took longer than I was expecting, and the tracking updates was quiet for a couple days. Everything did arrive in good shape and was packed fine, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the delivery time was a little clearer before I placed the order

well... I ordered a few parts from alliedelec.com and the whole checkout process was painless. My cart updated right away, and I didn’t have to dig through a bunch of pages just to figure out shipping or payment options.
I also appreciated that the total was clearly shown before I placed the order, with no random surprises at the last step. It only took a couple minutes from start to finish, so I’d definitely use them again.

"Support was slow to get back to me"
I ordered a few parts and had a quick question about shipping . It took customer service a couple of days to reply , and the answer I got felt generic . I had to follow up again just to get a clear response . The site itself is okay , but support feels slow when you actually need help .

"Getting account help was such a hassle"
I tried getting help with my account and it was just... frustrating. I kept getting passed from one person to another, and nobody really answered the basic questions I was asking. The login issue took way longer than it should’ve, and the follow-up was poor too. It kind of felt like support didn’t care unless I kept chasing them, which... yeah. I probably won’t use the site again if I can avoid it.

I reached out to tech support with a few questions, and they got back to me quickly. There was one small delay along the way, but nothing major, and they still helped me get everything sorted out. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience and I’d be comfortable contacting them again.

I use alliedelec.com here and there when I’m looking for parts. If I already have the part number, the search usually does a good job and gets me where I need to go.
The filters are where it gets a little frustrating. Sometimes there are way too many options, and other times the filters don’t narrow the results down the way I’d expect.
It’s not a bad site overall, and I usually end up finding what I need. It just takes more clicking around than it feels like it should.

I ordered a few parts because they looked like they were in stock, but after checkout I found out some were actually backordered. It was frustrating, and a little embarrassing because I had told someone I’d have the parts quickly. The site really needs to show the actual inventory more clearly

Most of the time, the parts I’m looking for are in stock, so that’s been convenient. Nothing fancy to say really, just nice when you don’t have to hunt around too much.

I ordered a few electrical parts from alliedelec.com, and when the box showed up, two of the items weren’t the ones I picked online. The invoice was correct, which made it even more frustrating because the actual parts didn’t match. I did get through to customer service eventually, but I had to sit in the queue longer than I expected just to get it sorted out. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I really needed the order to be accurate the first time.

I’ve ordered parts from them a few times now, and each time everything showed up when they said it would. That’s all I’m looking for — just a bit of reassurance that my order isn’t going to disappear or get delayed for no reason. No drama, no chasing things up, which I really appreciate.

"Return was fine, refund was a little slow"
The return itself was easy, so I can’t really complain too much. The refund just took longer than I expected, but maybe I was being a bit impatient since I needed the money back sooner than usual. Support did get back to me though, so overall it was okay.
